The first step in the process is that You make an appointment with us. There are different ways to get in contact with us – using WhatsApp, call us directly or use the contact form on our website.
Wherever You are having Your accommodation – we either pick You up – as long as You like to visit our shop – or we do the fittings in the hotel (accommodation). The benefit of doing the fitting at Your location is that you do not need to spend time traveling around the island Koh Samui.
Once in our shop – or at your location – the main process starts with finding out what kind of suit you like to have. Depending on the occasion you need a suit, we can already propose different kinds of styles – or You already know exactly what You need. Either way – the next step is to find the best quality of fabrics for it.
We do always have a huge range of fabrics on disposal, like Merino Wool, Birdeye Cotton, Egyptian Cotton, Wool for Overcoats, Linen and Cotton, more about our fabrics You find on the page “Our High Quality Fabrics”.
Sometimes, customers can get confused and overwhelmed with the many styles we are able to do. The main important challenge for us is to find the best options for you as our customer. We will discuss all those options and show you what we either have done already, or what we are able to do. We always find the best solution and get your suit done in the best quality!
Our main concern is always, that everything fit’s as You need it. Sometimes customers do show us pictures – where we will find the way how we can custom tailoring the jacket, pants, shirt etc. The main challenge is that it fits your body. We always have an alternative if things aren’t as they should be.
Depending on the season (for example in low season) we do have special offers, this can include special fabrics we only get in this season or special styles of a suit. You might also be interested to know those special offers.
Points we do discuss with You are also the lining inside – where we always try to do some special arrangements – and that the “look & feel” is indeed customized just for You as our customer.
We also are showing You the standard fabrics – and let you compare with the higher quality fabrics – not that the standard fabrics aren’t good – but there’s always a point of the price-performance ratio.
Once we have all the fabrics together, and the first fitting is done, the first cut of the suit will give you the feeling of the semi-suit. One or more fittings will follow – so that the suit will fit perfectly to Your body! Of course – there are always small details that need to be fit-on, and You might have some additional things You like to have changed. We do work on those adjustments – until your needs are fulfilled.
